Date Snicker Bars

Ingredients
24 Medjool Dates
1/2 cup Peanut butter
3 tbsp. crushed peanuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp coconut oil
flakey salt
Instructions:
First, remove the seeds from your dates.
Press your dates onto a baking sheet to form a large bar.
Drizzle on your peanut butter and add your crushed peanuts on top.
Add your chocolate chips and coconut oil into a small bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted, stirring every 30 seconds so the chocolate doesn’t burn.
Pour the chocolate over the peanut covered date bar, then top it off with some flaky salt.
Place your date Snickers bar into the freezer to firm up for at least 30 minutes. This will ensure that the chocolate hardens.
Store in the fridge until you’re ready to enjoy.
